Book Review - Go For NO!

Have you read the book "Go For NO" by Ray Higdon?
It's a very good reminder that NO doesn't have to be a bad thing. I have done just about every MLM out there and always found myself afraid of the work NO. But why? Just because someone doesn't want to buy something, doesn't mean it's a personal reflection of you.
I re-read this book and I'm applying it to Real Estate. You don't have to sound salesy to help someone buy or sell a home. My job is to work with people, inform them of their options, and help them to make one of maybe the biggest decisions of their life. If someone says NO, it's not a reflection of me. It just means they are not ready at the moment.
